Frasers Of Fife: Epilogue

John Fraser 1880 Family Tree
The project of recording the names on the family tree found behind the furnace in my father's house took a little over a year and a half. My goal of recording everything exactly as it was written is complete. The next leg of the journey will be to verify the information and grow the tree to modern day as much as possible. This may be a journey of years.

It was not without irony that I completed my last post on November 8th, the anniversary of my father's birth. More irony, he is now buried with many of his kin on our little branch of this tree.

This journey has brought two new cousins into my life. Each possessing his own copy of the Tree. I hope that as I press forward and research into the present day more cousins will come forward.

Thanks to everyone who played along, read my posts, encouraged me to continue.

I am very excited to get to the actual work of research and I suspect there will be much to discover. Hope old John Fraser will be pleased with the growth of his tree!

From humble beginnings the Frasers of Fife spread across the globe! Now comes the fun part! Stay tuned .....
